The global leader in the access control industry and an award-winning defense contractor that developed a surveillance and tracking system for the US Military looking for Front-End Developer.

Required Skills:

• At least 4 years experience in Web Application Development and Software Development.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both in writing and verbally

Strong working knowledge and experience with:

• React (redux) – 1+ years of commercial experience
• JavaScript, TypeScript
• formik or any other form library

To be confident with:

• HTML coding (we use grids for markup), SASS (SCSS)
• Unit testing (Jest)
• OOP/functional programming principles

Will be a plus:

• yarn/webpack/eslint
• IndexedDB (for caching)
• WebSockets (we have SignalR as a part of backend)
• Experience with theming, building multi-language apps, with roles/permissions, template generating, complex forms with nested elements, infinite scroll, storybook

What you will do:

• Develop front end for existing API and design
• Collaborate with the growing team (Currently PM + Designer +2 devs)
• Design architecture for new features
• Writing maintainable, testable code
• Code review
• Envision, design, develop, test, and deliver professional, business-class web applications
• Develop and conduct unit tests for complete code coverage and validation
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair defects and bugs that are reported
