An actively growing online aggregator is looking for a proactive and positive Product owner, who has strong problem-solving abilities and passion for a product.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analytical and practical mindset to prioritize needs, values, and trade-offs; 
• Excellent listening and communication skills to discover and explain requirements;
• Develop, approve and implement company’s commercial strategy;
• Manage day-to-day commercial and operational activities and indicators;
• Build a system of operational performance tracking, performance management and staff motivation (KPI, OKR);
• Understand users and market needs for the product;
• Generate and present ideas to develop the product;
• Define business goals for the product;
• Long-term road mapping and planning;
• Manage workgroups, assign and control tasks.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial management experience in online business from;
• Analytical mind-set;
• Structural and systematic character;
• Professional experience in online and offline business;
• Track record of multiple increase in sales, profitability, growth;
• Experience in working with a product team
• Experience of personnel management from 10 people;
• Experience in working with software development teams, online applications and marketing;
• Ability to communicate in English.
