Company is looking for a Marketing Analyst who will be a team player to create, manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns with an eye for attention to small details. The role requires a combination of technical and analytical skills, and a creative mind. You will be in charge of creating the concept of the campaign, technically executing it and, in addition, analyzing, optimizing and reporting.

Requirements:

• Analyze client behavior, focusing on new onboarded clients, and identify patterns for targeted marketing.
• Create and implement marketing automation strategies..
• Manage the end-to-end process of marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to technical execution, analysis, optimization, and reporting.
• Develop campaign concepts and strategies to deliver the optimal message to specific clients.
• Find ideas and solutions for automating, optimizing and improving internal processes, by routine analyzing and supply actionable items.
• work in an international interfaces environment
• Manage multi-language campaigns.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments, fostering a spirit of cooperation and teamwork
• Pay meticulous attention to details
• Have a basic understanding of Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Will be a plus:

• A background in finance.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in arbitration companies.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English. Knowledge of other languages can be an advantage
• Experience with Solitics or something similar
• Technical approach is a must.
• Exceptional team player, capable of effective collaboration.
• Creative marketing orientation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Excel is a must.
• Analytical skills.
