Main requirements :
- At least 2 years of experience as a project manager;
- Proficient knowledge of business analysis and prototyping tools;
- Proficient technical writing skills and experience with technical writing documentation;
- Good communicational English skills (upper-intermediate level);
- Experience with affiliate marketing business domain;
- Experience with web-applications;
- Work experience in product companies;
- Result-oriented;
- Leadership skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
Responsibilities:
- Manage a project to deliver the required functionality within a deadline;
- Lead, manage and motivate a team;
- Conflict management;
- Taking part in hiring and onboarding processes;
- Execution of the full project cycle from requirements’ gathering to delivery;
- Maintaining and further development of the project after production release;
- Handling of project documentation;
- Task management;
- Deadline management;
- Assuring of project quality;
- Business analysis and review;
- Resolving business issues;
- Leading scrum process;
- Reporting to stakeholders and management.
