Banxso is looking for a seasoned and talented VP of Sales to lead and develop our Sales team, driving growth and maximizing client retention and satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of strong sales performance within a regulated brand and possess excellent leadership skills and experience. This role is critical to our expansion efforts in Kyiv, where you will play a pivotal role in establishing Banxso as a market leader.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a regulated Forex company.
- Proven track record of strong sales performance within a regulated brand.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing and developing sales teams.
- Excellent knowledge of the FX industry and financial markets.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements in the financial industry
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Sales professionals to deliver exceptional results.
- Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes client satisfaction and account retention.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and provide regular performance evaluations and feedback.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase client lifetime value and satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and oversee a training program for Sales agents to improve their product knowledge, communication, and sales skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and alignment with best practices.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define sales strategies and set sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Identify new opportunities and market trends to position Banxso as a leader in the FX industry.
- Ensure that all sales activities adhere to relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the compliance department to implement necessary measures and maintain a strong understanding of the regulatory environment.
