\u00b7 2+ years of experience writing and extending automated test frameworks;
\u00b7 2+ years of experience working with a scrum team;
\u00b7 Experience writing code in an object-oriented programming language, Python or Java preferred;
\u00b7 Experience with Selenium and Appium or a similar automation framework;
\u00b7 Experience with AWS, Selenium Grid, and Docker;
\u00b7 Experience with Postman and writing API automation tests using javascript or python;
\u00b7 Good understanding of test methodology and automation strategies;
\u00b7 Experience with analyzing requirements, creating high-level test scenarios, development of test cases and reporting of test results;
\u00b7 Experience with defect reporting, defect verification and bug tracking systems;
\u00b7 Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills;
\u00b7 BS\/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent;
\u00b7 Excellent communication skills;
\u00b7 Willingness to learn and embrace new technologies, languages, and frameworks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Experience automating the validation of complex systems and data intensive applications;
\u00b7 Previous aviation software testing experience;
\u00b7 Strong written and verbal communication skills to collect requirements, evaluate alternatives and develop processes and tools as needed to support the organization;
\u00b7 Experience testing within an agile development environment;
\u00b7 Experience working in geographically distributed teams;
\u00b7 Experience with BDD approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Analyze product requirements and make recommendations on automation testing strategies;
\u00b7 Coordinate testing strategies with QA leadership and QA Engineers;
\u00b7 Analyze and decompose complex aviation features to determine an automated testing strategy;
\u00b7 Provide inputs for effort estimation;
\u00b7 Collaborate and build tools for internal use to ensure quality at customer scale;
\u00b7 Build automated test suites to exercise our web application using Python\/Java, PyUnit\/JUnit, and Selenium;
\u00b7 Build and maintain our mobile testing framework using Swift and Appium;
\u00b7 Build and maintain backend API tests using Postman and Python\/Java;
\u00b7 Provide solutions to common day-to-day testing problems by analyzing integration and regression testing failures;
\u00b7 Execute automated tests and report on results throughout the development life cycle;
\u00b7 Provide visibility into automation performance with metrics and reporting;
\u00b7 Champion delivering high-quality software releases across web and mobile platforms;
\u00b7 Serve as a mentor to other members of the team to expand their technical competencies and to adapt the best software engineering practices;
\u00b7 Help to ensure team\u2019s compliance to all outlined processes and procedures;
\u00b7 Conduct regular code reviews, as well as test plan reviews, for quality and consistency;
\u00b7 Collaborate with developers, QA, and leadership on a scrum team to advance our automated testing efforts;
\u00b7 Create complete test plans based on design specifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
