They started working on the neobank for EU market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Right now there are 4 active projects within neobank product: mobile banking, scoring, card system, CRM, services for VIP clients.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Facts about the team and project:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>team is over 40 people;<\/li><li>80% of them are Senior-level developers;<\/li><li>no legacy projects;<\/li><li>modern technologies (Angular, Node JS, PHP, Docker- Kubernetes, Symphony)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Feedback from the team members who joined recently:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>IT architecture level beyond their expectations;<\/li><li>Challenging goals in the Fintech domain;<\/li><li>Very high professional level of team;<\/li><li>Mentors of Senior level who help to grow;<\/li><li>Transparent communication in the team;<\/li><li>Decision-making speed is high;<\/li><li>Mature, emotionally stable and proactive team member.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Main requirements :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Strong manual testing skills: Test Design and Manual Testing of WEB and Mobile Applications;<\/li><li>Knowledge of concepts, methodologies and principles of software testing;<\/li><li>Understanding and using the black box, smoke, integration, functional, non-functional, regression testing;<\/li><li>Knowledge of the life cycle of the bug&#8217;s priority and importance;<\/li><li>Working with test documentation.<\/li><li>Charles<\/li><li>Experience managing multiple QA employees<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Will be a plus:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li> Jira+Zephyr experience<\/li><li> Being document addict (Confluence)<\/li><li>A bit of Auto Testing skills.
