Its target markets include small and mid-sized farms, as well as feed production plants across Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required Skills and Experience: <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n
\n

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of animal nutrition, feed technology, animal husbandry systems, and basic veterinary principles  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proven experience in sales and effective negotiations  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proficiency in using PC tools and CRM systems  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A valid driver\u2019s license and driving experience  and ownership of a personal vehicle is preferred  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

High level of English proficiency (knowledge of a local language is an advantage)  <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities: <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Develop and execute sales strategies for premixes and feed additives within the designated region  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Identify and engage potential clients, fostering long-term partnerships  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Provide consultations and support to existing customers, conducting product presentations and training sessions  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plan and manage sales performance on both annual and monthly levels  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Expand, organize, and analyze the client database to enhance market reach  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely payments  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to promote company products  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
