A successful Ukrainian business operating in the B2B and B2C sphere (retail and wholesale trade, manufacturing, HoReCa and other areas) is looking for a CIO who will increase the efficiency and development of the business through the introduction of modern technologies.

Required Skills:

• High technological awareness, interest in IT innovations, desire to constantly develop
• Successful experience managing an IT function
• Ability to implement system solutions, manage risks
• Developed teamwork skills, ability to unite and involve the team
• Experience in implementing complex IT solutions and launching new products.
• Experience in launching an ERP system will be an advantage
• Work experience and desire to work in close partnership with business, awareness of business priorities, business focus in technology development

Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for the development and operation of information technologies in the company (from vision to implementation), management of IT functions (infrastructure, user support, project work, development)
• Digitization and automation of business processes, creation of new internal IT solutions and products
• Building a vision of the company’s IT architecture, creating a roadmap for the necessary changes and their implementation
• Ensuring continuity of IT infrastructure
• Ensuring the information security of the company
• Development and work with the IT team
