They want a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist with a successful marketing background in the U.S. and Europe, who can bring fresh ideas to help our business grow and become a leader in the industry.

Required Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills  in English and Ukrainian languages
• Significant experience in product marketing and development
• Deep understanding of market trends and product lifecycles
• Experience and successful case studies in product development on the American and/or European markets
• Proven experience in hypothesis testing for growth metrics and implementing successful marketing activities aimed at business growth
• Revenue-driven mindset
• Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities
• Willingness to take risks, experiment with various approaches, and adapt strategies based on results
• Experience in international company development and the ability to tackle associated challenges
• Systematic approach and quick learning ability

Responsibilities:

• Identify business growth opportunities in marketing, analytics, and product development
• Develop the go-to-market strategy
• B2B: Establish partnerships with other platforms and services
• Propose new ideas to increase brand recognition, attract new users, and retain/bring back existing ones
• Collaborate with department heads to generate ideas for process improvements
• Define and track key metrics (MAU, paying users, LTV, etc.), analyze product performance, competitors, communication channels, and user feedback to uncover insights and hypotheses
• Experiment with strategies to enhance selected metrics
• Optimize processes for faster and more cost-effective hypothesis testing
• Implement and report on results
• Collaborate with product management to define goals and metrics for product launches
