The company has 11 years of experience in the implementation of CRM-systems in various business areas: education, banking, small businesses in different branches. The implementation technology includes a deep understanding of the customer’s business processes, development of the implementation concept and the CRM roadmap for future growth. Such method provides shorter implementation terms, reduced payments and increased customer`s satisfaction. 

Looking for a proactive and positive PM/Analytic, who has strong analytical skills. 

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in implementing CRM systems (Bitrix24, Zoho, Odoo, Creatio or other analogs)
• understanding of business processes and the skill of improving processes using IT solutions
• technical background at the level of understanding:

how web applications work

principles of database design

understanding the basic principles of programming (for the correct setting of tasks for developers)

• Ability to “service” communicate with the customer!
• English – strong upper (with experience of communicating with English-speaking clients)

Responsibilities:

• collect requirements from the client
• setting up the system by the “admin panel”
• setting tasks for developers
• estimation of the budget and terms of projects
