Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine
Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of animal nutrition, feed technology, animal husbandry systems, and basic veterinary principles
Proven experience in sales and effective negotiations
Proficiency in using PC tools and CRM systems
A valid driver’s license and driving experience and ownership of a personal vehicle is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset
High level of English proficiency (knowledge of a local language is an advantage)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies for premixes and feed additives within the designated region
Identify and engage potential clients, fostering long-term partnerships
Provide consultations and support to existing customers, conducting product presentations and training sessions
Plan and manage sales performance on both annual and monthly levels
Expand, organize, and analyze the client database to enhance market reach
Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely payments
Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to promote company products
