European company is a CeDeFi platform that aims to simplify the overall experience of investing in game-changing blockchain projects. Their ultimate mission is to supercharge the adoption of decentralized finance and smoothen out the experience of complying with traditional financial regulations. Their goal is to build a bridge between both financial ecosystems and specifically the first Cardano-Polygon platform. Now they are looking for Social Media Marketing Manager.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of successful experience in B2C or B2B as an SMM specialist;
- Successful SMM cases – be ready to show us real examples;
- Ability to develop and implement the social media marketing strategy for social networks: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok;
- Good knowledge of social media KPIs, ability to analyze impact of campaigns based on them;
- Good written English is a must;
- You are following social media trends and influencers;
- You appreciate visual aesthetics.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in crypto, blockchain, Fintech
Responsibilities:
- Market and trends research
- Set up and implement brand’s promoting strategies in social media based on research
- Full campaign management: content planning, news research, establish business relationships with influencers, write posts, manage your team and report on results
- Team management: communicate with designers and content writers (setting tasks, executing, reviewing and reporting on the results)
- Create and test different formats of engagement with subscribers, engage with the audience;
- Analyze the KPIs, make changes to the SMM strategy
