A company that specializes in the development of a platform for commodity trading with a focus on safety and dispute resolution is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a background in trading/blockchain and excellent communication skills to team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the field.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis
• Experience in trading/blockchain
• Upper-Intermediate level of English (both verbal and written)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
• Gather business requirements and conduct expert analysis from traders
• Create documentation, BPMN/UML models for developers
• Write user stories and prototype new features
• Collaborate with developers to ensure that all features meet business requirements
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders and clients
