We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Logistic Manager to join our team in Europe. As the Logistic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our logistics operations, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient transportation of goods across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance in the European market.
• Manage transportation operations, negotiate contracts with carriers, and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
• Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate the logistics department’s performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to optimize sourcing and foster productive partnerships.
• Proactively identify potential logistical challenges and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and maintain a smooth flow of goods.
• Manage logistics budgets effectively, optimizing costs while maintaining service quality and ensuring compliance with financial targets.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant industry regulations, international trade laws, and customs regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate potential legal issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics function, exploring new technologies, processes, and innovations to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics management with a track record of successfully leading and optimizing operations in the European market.
•  In-depth knowledge of international transportation, customs, and trade regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in relevant logistics software and ERP systems.
• Fluency in English.
