Financial trading company is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Director of Development/Managing Partner. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Higher education;
• Upper-intermediate level of English
• Experience in commercial management, development director, or operational director roles with experience in institutional investment funds or family offices
• Expert knowledge and practical experience in macro or multi-asset strategy, fixed income, equity, commodities, and digital assets
• Experience in taking start-up projects to a sustainable development stage
• Experience in strategic and operational decision-making
• Experience in team building, motivation, and development
• A charismatic and inspiring leader with excellent negotiation skills, capable of handling large volumes of work

Functional responsibilities:

• Defining the project’s strategy and positioning
• Making strategic and tactical decisions
• Communicating with investors and VIP clients
• Managing risks through hedging
• Diversifying risks and ensuring that the portfolio is filled with liquid assets
• Communicating with other departments and top management
• Building a team of traders-analysts in the stock market, equity market, bond market, cryptocurrency/digital asset market, and commodities market
• Recruiting and training the team
• Evaluating employee productivity and deciding on their salaries
• Creating a positive working atmosphere and motivating employees
